RSI, or Repetitive Strain Injury, happens when we use our hands and wrists too much doing the same motion over and over again, like typing or playing video games. It can make our hands or arms feel tired, sore, or even hurt. To stay healthy, it’s important to take breaks, stretch our muscles, and use our hands gently when using computers or playing games.
